The full quote is "The murder being once done, he is in less fear, and in more hope that the deed shall not be bewrayed or known." It's not from Shakespeare at all; in fact, it predates Shakespeare's birth by almost fifty years. It is from Thomas More's "Utopia," written in 1516.

The phrase appears nowhere in Shakespeare's plays. The closest I can see is this from Othello, Act 5, Scene 2:

DESDEMONA

O, banish me, my lord, but kill me not!

OTHELLO

Down, strumpet!

DESDEMONA

Kill me to-morrow: let me live to-night!

OTHELLO

Nay, if you strive--

DESDEMONA

But half an hour!

OTHELLO

Being done, there is no pause.

DESDEMONA

But while I say one prayer!

OTHELLO

It is too late.
