Use MnO2 as a catalyst, It gives you O2+H2O
U can make liquid oxygen by low tempreture and high pressure

To make O2you merely need a calalyst like MNO2 or KI. Making liquid O2 is much more difficult. You need a special compressor, which is very expensive. Or LOTS of liquid N2, which is also expensive. Cheaper to buy it.

Well, hydrogen peroxide decomposes (explosively) to water and oxygen.

So under controlled conditions you can get oxygen, and if you cool it enough, liquid oxygen. But be aware that the H2O2 and H2O will also have frozen a long time before that.

with catalyst and proper reaction conditions yes. to make liquid O2 you need to cool it down. it just doesn't happen spontaneously
