First of all you it takes two to tango. You might have taken it but put in mind she gave it away also. Staying in a relationship because of pity always ends up very ugly!

Without being harsh, make her not love you.

Its easy if you put a little thought into it.
Drink too much.
Dress down.
Dont talk much.
Make rude comments.
Don't bathe for dates.

In short time she will think you are scum and leave you. Until them, enjoy the sex.
