the reason this can't be done is because the body closes off the sphincter at the entrance to the bladder in preparation for ejaculation. This is to prevent retrograde ejaculation where semen enters the bladder. Infertility can result from retrograde ejaculations. You will not be able to urinate until after ejaculation has occurred and your body relaxes enough to allow for it.

Nope. The tube that either comes out of is different. When the penis is erect, the obvious one's blocked off, and vis versa. It's possible to urinate while erect, but very difficult. Ejaculation while pissin's not possible.
