You didn't mention if your back pain was from an accident or injury, or if it is something that only happens during sex...You also didn't mention if your discharge was thick, thin, had an unpleasant odor or was causing itching or burning....
There are many reasons your body may be producing heavy discharge...sometimes it just happens to be that some women have it heavier than others , or that any discharge at all is aggravating to them. If yours has a lumpy (cottage cheese) consistancy, itching, burning or foul smell, it could be a yeast infection. Please see a doctor, it is easily treated. Once you know for certain what a yeast infection is, you can treat it by yourself in the future using feminine medications available at a pharmacy.
If the discharge has a "fishy" odor and is not so much lumpy as it is watery and thin and irritating, it could be bacterial vaginosis....which is less common , but more serious than a yeast infection. It MUST be treated by a doctor, and may recurr several times before you are completely rid of it. There are many other types of vaginal infection, but those two are the most common.
Believe it or not, some vaginal infections can actually be CAUSED by STRESS! AND can also cause back pain! It seems as though you have alot of stress in trying to have sex with your husband, but back pain keeps interrupting causing an argument!
Now, back pain....
I have this myself....I was taught ways to make myself comfortable using pillows and such and different positions when I was in physical therapy... To save space and alot of typing here, I will leave some links for you to follow to help find a solution...

The discharge & the back pain could be a sign of an infection.
Either yeast or urinary tract.
You need to see a Dr. & have an examination.
Good Luck.
