i m going to appear for my CA inter exam and after two years when most probably i would have my inter exam cleared and appeared for final exam of CA,i am going to appear for CPA,Australia exam

What country were you in when you graduated from college? If you want to work in an English speaking country and you expect them to hire you as a CPA then you need to work on your English. After all, they are going to expect you to write reports and give them information verbally that they can understand, won't they?
Having the accounting knowledge will be only half of what you need if you plan on changing countries and languages to get employment.

If you want to learn well, attend a reputed university as a private or correspondence course. for example delhi university has a non collegiate women section. for such students. If you want degree with least work, try some ordinary university in unknown location. There the exams may be easy and you may pass even by studying one subject in one day in entire year.
