buy a decent hand held, tripod friendly camera ( digital is best now a days) And, a good imagination, and probably talented help from like minded friends or family. After you film it and edit it to suit what you are trying to present in your vision, copywrite it then google some producers and see if you can get anyone on board to professionally release it or re-film it in their format. I have a movie I want made, but it involves charactors that are copywrited by someone else, and the company that holds the rights won't talk to me. So, go all original so you don't run into the wall I have.

You don't.
Filmmaking requires your blood, sweat, love, devotion and tears. It's not something you just luck into if you want to be sucessful.
Work hard, apply for film grants and get your work into as many festivals as possible. Then suck up big time and kiss *** so people are impressed by you. You might get lucky enough for people to notice you and start granting you more money. Bigger budget = more exposure.
There is nothing easy about starting in film
