I would call the police? Why are you asking that here? If you're out of money and have 2 kids to raise, why didn't you beat the hell out of the girl and call the cops.

1. Go down to the bank immediately and report your card stolen. You may not be responsible for more than a minimal amount.
2. Forget hurting someone. They didn't care that you are struggling with bills and 2 small children. Think of your children first in all instances.
3. Never give your pin # out. If you willingly gave your pin number to someone, the bank will probably hold you liable.
4. A boyfriend in prison is not a good position to be in. Again, think of your children first. Surround yourself with good people who are good citizens.

Here in the states.. and I work for a bank and deal with this problem daily.. you must report to the bank the theft, sign paperwork detailing this transaction and then press charges with the police. People think the camera's in ATM's don't work but they do LOL Boy do they..I can go view front and back of vehicles as well as a straight on photo of the the person receiving the funds. And all this sitting comfortably at my computer...gosh technology is good! Beware you are being watched.. so don't pick your nose or flip us off! But all jokes aside if you don't go thru the appropriate channels to deal with this you will never see one cent back.

A "friend" who steals from you is the kind of friend you can do without.
Report the incident to the police. Also change your card PIN number at an ATM machine and make sure you never disclose your PIN number to somebody else again
