i mean how can oil can harm us through economy, political or war..

For this answer I'm leaving out the environmental factors.

I'll try to keep it brief. Oil is something we cant do without. With all our machines, automobile we are dependent on oil. No matter what price it is sold at we have to buy it. Hence, it is economically harmful. Economics is based on supply and demand. In the case of oil there is limited supply and almost unlimited demand.

Then, as oil is found only in a few places in the world, the rest of the world becomes dependent on these oil rich nations. This creates a political imbalance. And finally the countries which have military power, take initiative to invade and have the ability to manipulate their citizens will want to take control of the oil fields. Like what is happening now.

It's not the oil. It's people. It's a very important resource needed in life and everyone wants it.

cause it has toxins' in it.and it kills plants and stuff like that...its basicly like poision..its smog going in the sky and were all breathing it..
