I think the law says you must be 16+ years old to buy ANY tobacco products, When I worked in a newsagents we wasn't allowed to sell Rizla's (And filters too) to kids under 16 years old and yes we asked for ID.

I don't think there is an age restriction in the UK. Tobacco related products usually means, products containing tobacco. I'm not sure if you still sell pipe cleaners - but children used to buy those for all sorts of purposes and I don't think the law on tobacco products has been changed in a long time. In fact some companies produce extra long papers; in the knowledge they sell well to people who roll cannabis joints!

I went to Jamaica on holiday and they cost cigarette papers more beneficial than the mandatory substance. I had a mess of papers with me and gave them to locals like there changed into no end to them. I then presented 'warm knives' to the locals and talked about there a black guy turn white!!!!!!!! merely burn the ends of two knives and p.c.. up a tiny piece of hash and inhale the smoke, it really is astonishing and could so do the wear and tear and tear you require. by the fashion the Jamaicans use newspaper even as i'm not on the city. hahahahaha

Nope, nothing wrong with that.
I bet you sell them all late at night to people who spend hours looking at shiney things in the shop and buy 50 bags of crisps and all the chocolate they can carry though.

Seems a bit silly to me. Tobacco, yes. Lighters, yes. But papers?

By the way, do you still sell single cigs, under the counter. I bet you do!

Depends on your country or state. But if cigarettes can't be sold to minors then I wouldn't see rolling papers either.
