Certainly a superb player, and plays well under the pressure of the crowds 'booing' him, although portugal's recent form of diving more than scoring in thier two previous games would indicate, for now, he is a diver - although if he was good at it he'd have got Portugal a penalty or two against France!

cristiano ronaldo were both best player, also a diver..he helped portugal made it through the semi-finals...if not because of him, portugal probably was not in the semi-finals nor the quarter-finals..
