HAVE A SPERM COUNT DONE

You can ask your doctor to do tests and such to determine your sperm count if it is that much of a worry to you.
Do you want to father a child? It's hard to tell from your question, and that does make a difference in the situation.
Perhaps as you're growing older and changing your body is becoming slower. Sperm production does slow down as you age. Not all at once normally, but that may be some sort of condition. You should ask your doctor to test this for you so you can get a rough idea of what you're working with.

Am interested how you determine the amount of sperm, to be found in the seaman produced. Sperm is constantly produced (in the millions). If you are having a problem with the amount of seaman that you are producing, or the lack of ejaculation, perhaps you need to have evaluation of the prostate gland. Is much more directly involved with erection.

Also need to consider the psychological effect. Apparently there is some factor, concerning being married, which is not sufficient to create the excitement as was previously your experience.

Before you were married you were having fun! Now it sounds like you are stressing, trying to hard, worried. So, figure out what the problems are, relax. Maybe take a vacation away from home, even a camping trip out of town will ease your burden.
If trying to conceive a child is causing this stress, take a break from Preforming.

you are worrying too much, which causes all the problems you are experiencing so relax. fertility has nothing to do with how many times you can have sex in one night. fertility is about having a healthy sperm cells count so have yourself tested by a doctor. if there's nothing wrong with your sperm cells, just one ejaculation in the womb of your wife can make you a father. cheers!

I can't answer your question.

You need to consult a physician.

However, it only takes one sperm in the right place at the right time to make a baby, if that helps. And you probably are producing millions.

Physician first, and--if he or she recommends it--then a fertility clinic.

Read your last sentence that you wrote. You said that you are always "scared". That is your problem right there don't you think? I would say to just "relax"! I hope you are meaning that you can't do this with your "wife" and not having extramarital affairs. Cuz if you are, then you could be feeling guilt. Are you and your wife trying to get pregnant? If you are, then again, it might be "scared" or "stress". Relax!! God bless you both.

Only your doctors can tell you for sure.If you can still ejaculate, then of course there is sperm aka creamage.Depends mostly on your sperm count.
