Amoxicillin always gives me the runs
You need to get some Acidophilus tablets, mine are from Holland and Barrett, they reload your gut with healthy bacteria that the amoxy kills

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. If there was not leaflet with them you should have taken them back. This type does not agree with you and should be changed and I'll tell you another thing, if you have the runs the antibiotic is not staying in your system, you must go back to the doctor, if you are on the pill this will also diminish the action of the contraceptive

Could be or could be that you are taking them at the wrong time. You need to know if you should take them with food or on an empty stomach. Ask either your doctor or you local pharmacist.
