Need more info, like is she a romantic interest. A single rose and a well "researched" card should set you back only a few bucks. Just find the card, do a lot of reading, that has that special message that she will know is about her. And if she knows you she will know you are on a budget. If she pouts that it is not good enough, well, do you want to spend a lifetime with someone who is hard to please, shallow and selfish? The gratitude will tell the character, but present it correctly, "I so want to give you the bouquet...god willing another time...but today I have this rose and this thought, from my heart." is a good thought for the signature. Make a card by hand (saving some money and making you look like the most thoughtful person in the world!). How about a voucher offering to do her hair and make up next time she goes out if you're good at that sort of thing, or a book, CD, DVD of favourite film. You could make something if you have a particular hobby, skill or talent.

got to the mall to things remembered and you can get a cheap silver bracelet and have them ingeave the words "ANAM CARA" on it.it is irish for soulmate or the correct translation is "soul friend"it is meaningful,wont be returned and can get it for around $30-$40.good luck.
