i would like to ask ,how can i follow up this benefits, with compensation or any form provided by law.,im planning to apply as a visitor in the U.S.A.to look for school where i an attend my graduate studies.I would like to ask for help in the embassy for my easy entry to the U.S.A. as for im entitled for.

You can't get his benefits, if that is what you are wondering. Why should you be able to? You didn't serve in the military and you are not a daughter to him, just a grand daughter.
