Playing football is good for health!
But, eating while watching football is bad for health!!!

Watching WC football may be detrimental to health - late nights, wee hours of morning; not eating/sshitting right; excessive drinking; stressed out; etc. Playing football is downright dangerous - broken legs, busted heads, twisted shoulders, etc.

Good for health except if
1.you play violently
2.with aggresive opponents
3. You don't take safety measures at heart
4. Bad luck is with you, because you can break your leg simply by falling the wrong way.

Is good if you play it contimously and in a rythmic form. no voilence and friendly play. Beside that it gives entertainment to both who watches and plays too.

definitely good, if you play it, very bad if you watch your favorite team , I almost get every time a heart attack watching my team :)
