It's Administrator.

And you can even access files from your other user. Once you log in as Administrator go to Control Panel--->User Accounts.

Then change the username/password of your other user so you can log in again.

The default ID is administrator. The password is whatever the person who set up the PC choose. Try leaving the password blank (no password) and see if it will let you in. Also try "password". Those are the most common.

i'm afraid this won't artwork. That battery purely shops cmos assistance for the hardware and not in any respect OS passwords. those are kept in an encrypted report that is kept on the problematic force. There are countless procedures to get previous this. the finest approach is to apply BART PE boot the equipment off the BART boot disk and utilising MMC with the community clients and settings team get rid of the admin passwords and reset them. any opposite direction is composed of beginning a reinstall and interrupting it at a particular consider which you could bypass in as admin without a password. you may want to understand even as to quit the installation for this to artwork. As for the battery-good attempt yet whoever advised you that doesn't understand how the hardware or domicile windows works! desire this factors you interior the right direction!

Hi,
There is no default userid and password for windows xp. if u r installing xp then it doesnt asks for user id and password. The password file may be corrupted by that virus so only it is not logging.

Try "Administrator". What your password is I don't know but there is a program that can crack administrator passwords. You write it to cd and then boot up with it in your cd-rom. I don't know what it is called (i am at work so i can't check) but i have used it many times.
