Improvment within a team work situation is essential because without it, the team system begins to crumble and show cracks, to be a team you need to know that each member is worling up to standard with the rest, which includes,
communication
trust
leadership improvement workshops
seminars which ensures all members are up to speed, in educational standards
organizational skills etc

If none or some of these things are not present in a work environment, then that environment will not stay co-operative for very long.
