How can a team from series B get to series A? By winning points or what?

the top ones of serie B get to serie A while the botttom ones are relegated to serie B. It works like that in most countries.

The first 1 or 2 teams in Series B automaticly gets promoted to A, and the last 1 or 2 gets relegated to B.

The first and second team of B serie go in A serie. After the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th will play some games to decide the 3rd team promoted. The 3rd plays against the 6th, and the 4th against the 5th. After the winners play against the final. This year Atalanta (1st), Catania( 2nd) and Torino(3rd) have gained the promotion

The firs in Series B (maybe the first 2, depends on the league) automaticly gets promoted to A, and the last one from A gets relegated to B.

most football countries work on a promation system were 2-3 countries swap division at the end of every year the top ones from Serie B go up into Siere A while the bottom ones go down
