hello, i suggest you to open a new account to your son , if he really want to join in the chat room,. he must be 18 or above so that he can join the chat room,.if you open an account to your son just change the year of his birthday,. have a good day!

your son cannot get into the chat rooms as he is below 18 yrs of age
if your son is so desperate to get into a chat room then the solution to the problem is make another email at yahoo, but while filling the registration form fill the age <18 yrs

hi how are u ? i think this is because he is still 16 years old .u must be 18 an older to get if u have a yahoo account and u are older just let him chat with your account!!hope i ve helped bye

Get a higher version or unistall the present one and reinstall it.That will solve all the problem
