Well infact I`m not good in this matter. Usually I just following my instinc. Giving her not necessary expensive one, but the things that She really wanted or need.
When having no idea at all, I take an iniciative. Such as: She ever told me it would be great ya once living in village, close to nature, trees and lake, after we saw the movie.
So in her birth day, I take her to the village, camping, spending even just one or two nights near the lake, and tryin to pleased and served her in those days.
The point is my friend, try to look for what He needed or wanted ya.......it will be more precious that an expensive things you gave...coz it`s really from the heart

Depends on your lover. How long have you been with this person? You can do candle light dinner. A night a hotel just the two of you with a hot bubble bath. Gift certificate to their favorite store. There is a lot of routes you can take. It also depends on how much money you want to spend.
