Goofy signed a contract with Walt Disney that if he trained himself to talk, drive and be goofy, he will be given a bone. Obviously you can see what the outcome was.

Because Pluto is a dog dog and Goofy is a human dog. This question is kind of like asking the same thing, but replacing Pluto with humans and Goofy with chimpanzees. We're the same, but we're different lol.

Totally! Pluto is much less annoying than Goofy; actually, I think Pluto is Mickey Mouse's dog :)

It's never been determined what exactly Goofy is. No one has really said if he is dog or human or both. Pluto is all dog so he lives a dogs life ( MIckey treats him pretty darn good )
