I sympathise with you! I haven't had a good nights sleep for about a month now! The probem is the combination of heat and humidity. Its been raining heavily all night and all day so far, I'm hoping this will clear the air and cool us down. I know that it gets alot hotter in other parts of the World but we in Britain are just not used to it. I have been suffering from lack of heat, hayfever, insect bites and have to be religious about applying sun screen.
As to staying cool I have no idea! Fans will just circulate hot air and are noisy and nothing seems to help me!

I've been putting a really cold flannel on my forehead for about 10 -15 mins before i go to sleep and also having a fan on full blast in the bedroom. This seems to help me to get to sleep anyway. But i agree it is just so very hot at the mo!

Put a fan in your room. Open windows. Wear thin clothing. Put cold water on your face to stay cool.

It is freakishly hot in the UK this week! I use something called an Aqua sponge when putting on my foundation. I know Boots sell them. It's just a small round make-up sponge
I run it under cold water until it is all soft and the squeeze off the excess so it is just a bit damp. Then apply a little foundation to the sponge and sweep it over my face. The cold water keeps my skin fresh and the sponge leaves no streaks at all. Hope I helped!

No clothes, a simple sheet over the bed and a fan blowing round the room. Don't worry, it's getting cooler!
