This could also be allergies. You didn't mention any coughing or sneezing. If you have either of these its allergies
If you have watery yellowish stuff coming out of the nose and the headache its sinus. Trust me nothing on the shelf will help - you need antibotics...

Sinusitis Overview
Sinuses are air pockets that are located in your face - the cheek area under your eyes, between your eyes, just behind your nose, and in your forehead. The sinuses are attached to the nasal passages via small tubes, which allow drainage to take place. When these small tubes become blocked, sinus problems begin.

Sinusitis occurs when bacteria infects the sinus cavities, usually due to blockage of the small tubes attached to your nasal passages. This causes an inflammation of your sinuses, which stops proper drainage.

Symptoms of sinusitis typically include a combination of the following:

Facial pains.
Tenderness of the sinus areas.
Headaches.
Nasal drainage that is thick and colored.
Cough (may be itchy).
Postnasal drip.
Bad breath.
Upper jaw pain.
Sore throat.
Eyes are sensitive to light.
General fatigue.
Eye lids swell.
To determine if you have a sinusitis condition, it is important to consult with a physician.

Yes, those are signs of a sinus infection. Also, when you blow your nose if it comes out yellow-ish, that is definately a sinue infection. You may need antibiodics or a z-pak to get rid of it.

sounds like the typical symptoms to me, try some tylenol severe sinus medication, its an over the counter remedy, you may also need some anti-biotics
see a dr if you can, you dont want it to get into your chest and become bronchitis
good luck

Yeah, but with me, my face swells up as well. I get them really bad, hot showers help. And going to the doc, of course.
