I work in an old age home in West Hollywood and I say both. There is this one old guy that doesn't move much (if you know what I mean) and he was one of the jolly guys in his youth..wink wink. And let me tell you..he's looking mighty sweet right about now....

No "fruit vs vegetable" but 'fruit and vegetable'. No superiority could be availed for fruit over vegetable or vice0versa..

Fruits are sweeter and take less effort to prepare, generally, so I tend to eat more fruits.
Unless we are talking caned, but still, you usually heat up the veggies, so another vote for fruit.
And...there are no veggie cereals, but there are Apple Jacks, and dehydrated strawberry's in other cereals...so, yet another vote for fruit.
Fruit wins and I win 2 points....maybe?

Fruit and Vegetables both are too Important for our body and both are tasty so I like both..and both are full of VitaminsA,E,B,C and..minerals..and full of energy with protein

I prefer vegetables but like fruits that we use in salad such as tomatoes and avocados.

me too, i love fruit from tropical areas, the stuff you can't get in markets. i would love to travel the world and look for weird fruit.
