I think Lakshya, which is a Hindi movie. Some other movies such as Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Mohabbatein, Sarkar, Fanaa, etc come close to this designation as well. Actually, I don't really have a favorite.

and once I saw a movie which was regarding an old man and his beloved dog called "beam". It was very touching movie. It was some europian movie, which was probably not english. I understood it because it was dubbed.
