just go to Yahoo Groups home page and then besides the 'My Groups' coloumn you will see 'Manage'. After you go to manage, go to the tab 'Edit My Groups' (beside 'View Groups'). You can now set your 'Message delivery' settings.

@yahoogroups.com
if u want to be this group member but not recieving emails
u can go to group URL and in your setting say not recieving mails

you can unsubscribe by sending blank email from email address where you are receiving emails with subject

"groupname"-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com (remove the quotes and put your groupname in there)
