unfortunately there's no way to get rid of the HIV virus at this point in time. He'll have to live with it till death. However, there are drug cocktails available that can slow the rate at which the virus multiplies. gemstones, etc. won't be able to help him. i'm sorry.

its possible, but more difficult, for people with AIDS to gain residence status in canada, australia or USA. if your brother's highly qualified and expereinced, and still has good health, there might be a higher chance of him gaining residence status.

You might experience GOJI. It is an immune enhancer, not an immune booster which is counter indicated in his condition. As an adaptogen, goji, helps re-establish normal and healthy immune function. And the 4 unique bioactive polysaccharides enhance and balance the activity of all classes of immune lymphocyte cells, inlcuding T-cells, cytotoxic T-cells, NK cells, lysozyme, interleukin-2, tumor necrosis factor-alpha and the immunoglobulines IgG and IgA. It also increases lymphocyte count and helps to activate them when the body is under attack.

there's no known cure for HIV yet, however, medication can keep it under control. To migrate to abroad, first, one has to pass the medical test. Since your brother is HV positive, I'm afraid its a No.
