Unfortunately, I think his once-phenomenal talent is all washed up now. The strain of the child molestation trial took its toll. Even though he got off the hook, I don't see how he can overcome his pedophile image with the majority of American consumers. Even before the last charges came forth, when was the last time he had a huge hit?! Sad to say ('cause I, too, was a fan) - but I think MJ is so far out of touch these days that he is probably incapable of producing new music that most of his former fans could relate to. I'm sure he will maintain a die-hard following no matter WHAT depredations he indulges himself in, but for a large segment of the masses, I'm afraid the image of him seducing all those little boys is not one most of us can simply overlook. The handwriting has been on the wall for YEARS, and a leopard don't change its spots!

yes. everyone loves him.doesnt matter if the album is shiitt, people will still buy it. gotta lotta mad micheal fans out there... he might bounce back financially, but musically, i dont think so. old school micheal is good, and always will be... but if he tries to come out with some new shitt... it'll be gay.
first of all-he was cooler when he was black.
secondly-im not sure he will exactly "fit in" with the new style of music.
thridly-hes got too much contreversy surrounding him. i mean, every artist does.. but when you get as much buzz like he does, its not about the music anymore. you can try to ignore it, but its not easy. his music is tainted.
