His wife and I are good friends....all 3 of us are . Before they started dating, she and I used to flirt around with each other at work, and came close to having sex one time...Now she still kind of acts a little flirty with me, what should I do? My best friend is like a brother to me, and I think I should tell him

No don't tell him. Just draw a personal boundary. Know yourself that you would never permit anything to happen. You don't know what is in her head so don't even go there. Leave well enough alone. Sometimes women harmlessly flirt and don't expect more than that. Leave it for your own good and good of your friendships.

Dont tell him, will worsen the situation. All you can do tryin` to stay away from her, make a distance (but not to him ya), close every opportunity for you to be alone with her. Never give a feedback about the sign that she gave you.
Time will decide, when you not give any feedback it will stop meanwhile Your friend feeling still protecting from being hurted
