Feeling like I am stuck professionally and want to give up my job abroad. For sure I will lose my benefits and brake upwith my employee. I don't dare to do it. What should I do?

2nd ops! I dont have any private relationship with any of the board-members owning the company I work for!!!

Look around for other things you would like to do. Apply for other jobs, then leave. Do you mean employer? Once you've left who cares about employer or employee anyway. Good luck.

You're confused at the moment so don't do anything yet.
You want a new life, but you daren't do it, definately confused and fearing change.
Yeah, most fear change because of the habit in our routines there is that feeling of security.
One way you could look at it is if not face the fear and go for the change, will you regret never having the bottle for taking that step into the unknown?
Break up with employee?
A relationship?
Hmmmm, complicates things if there is a relationship but if you aren't happy with what you are doing, where you are then follow your heart until you do know, or are happy
Good luck and God Bless You

If you are the boss, I wouldn't work for you, because "brake" means slowing down, which doesn't make any sense in your sentence, so I would have a hard time at your company figuring out the language.
If you are dating your employee, you are wrong. You could bring them with you I guess.
This is a strange question. What exactly do you want answered?

So you hate your job, which is being a boss....and you're afraid to start a new chapter in your life because why???? You don't want to break up with an employee working for you???
Aw, c'mon!!! Don't use the employee you're dating as a scapegoat because fear won't let you do what you so badly want to do!!! It isn't fair to them.

If you are not happy take a look at alternatives. Usually we don't notice our happiness until we loose something in our lives with we are used to. Unless you are financially independent, I would make decisions based on hormonal changes. Evaluate your best real alternative than make a decision.
