The media is more concerned with downgrading president Bush than it is with the safety of our own country. They have drained every bit of respect I ever felt for them with their slanted reporting and outright lies. I think the newspaper owners are blinded with their own hatred.

A 'war on terror' is rediculous. Just like the 'war on drugs' will never end, so too, with the 'war on terror'. You can go to war with any issue in the world. Maybe tomorrow the 'war on disgusting foods' will be started?

The media's job is supposed to inform, entertain and enlighten. All they do now is scare people, embarrass celebreties, and talk out of both sides of their skinny-minded mouths. I think the news media intentionally takes the unpopular view in order to incite people. News media personell have taken down great Presidents. The news media must be very proud of itself. They disgust me.

who is terror? where does it live? its Bush himself on iraq, it was sadaam on his people, castro on his people, its the gang shooting up the other gang, it was that guy who blew up that building in ohio. terror is everywhere and can not be stopped so thats why the media is against it. well at least the war in iraq had a purpose, democracy or what not, and well im against it but the war on iraq is easy to find because it is iraq who the us is attacking

The war on terror is a farce.

It is a bogus claim of impending doom, whose purpose is to convince the U.S. citizens to relinquish the unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness...and to encourage them to give up their lives in unnecessary foreign wars whose purpose is so subjugate poor non-whites to the will of the wealthy class of American society.

The real war is right here in the U.S.A. The wealthy are taking your rights away from you by feeding you lies about threats that don't really exist.

Over the past 10 years, you were more than 40 times more likely to die at the hands of a U.S. citizen, than you were to die by the hands of a foreign terrorist.

Over the past 20 years, you were more than 60 times as likely to die at the hands of a U.S. citizen than you were to die from a terrorist attack.

Please, get some perspective on the real risks of these things.

and, please stop to think about what is really going on....who is really gaining from this 'state of war' farce being perpetrated upon you.

take care.

:-)
