Onslaught vs Vulcan?

Just to be specific - I'm talking about the Onslaught that has fully evolved into his own form, NOT the one with Prof. X. The difference? The first form (with Prof. X) is somewhere above the omega level, while the second form (separated from the Prof.) is virtually godlike.

For the benefit of those who don't know who Vulcan is - Vulcan is an omega-level mutant with telekinesis, terrakinesis, chronokinesis, energy manipulation and a super-adaptive physiology.
