It all depends what you are fighting for. If you are talking about something that you value dearly then you have to focus. Block out everything from your mind and set the job as the last thing you want to do before you die.
If it is tings like exams or work related pressure then you have to tell yourself why it is important. If you can convince yourself that you need to finish the job perfectly no matter what then you might garner the last energy resources that your body was conserving for survival.

I get that feeling a lot too and I just have to focus on what I care about more: My loved ones or beating the crap outta some idiot? I have to think of the consequences, I mena I might end up in jail and then what, my family and friends will have to come see me through glass? Just hold yourself back, get involved in some sort of activity like rock climbing or surfing, just something to get your mind off fighting. Hope everything works out for you :)

Try to adjust your perspective. Either 1) focus on someone with even greater misfortune than yourself and even help them if you can; 2) zoom out and try to look at your situation from far away (from the moon, you are only one out of 6 billion plus people going through the process of life everyday; and/or 3) disassemble your overwhelming problem into bite-sized problems that you can chew.

We get overwhelmed only when we think we are alone in it, but we never are, we just have realise that, and ask our inner power to take us thru this one, and it will, you just watch yourself rising once again and fighting the good fight, but then some battles need to be lost in order to win the war.

Fighting takes many forms. The phrase "kill them with kindness"
is referring to a means of fighting. In any situation you are given the opportunity to take control. The signs of those opportunities are most times very subtle. Listening is also a form of fighting.
I don't know if this makes any sense, but good fortune to you.

It really would depend on the situation, which you haven't specified. But if it's something important to you, then by all means fight on! When your core values or principles are being challenged, you must never surrender or even compromise. No one and nothing is worth that. It may be the more difficult path but it is worth it, at least to me. If someone attacks me, I never ever turn the other cheek. I fight back and I win, always! I have never been defeated and I never shall be. I'd far rather die. And if it be death, then make it a glorious death! Fight on, my friend, fight on! Forever!

Gut check baby. Take a deep breath, pull yourself together, and just do what you gotta do.
And yeah, nothing teaches how do that better than boxing. Every second is a gut check.
