I lost my virginity about 5 months ago. If you read my other question, I lied to my current bf and told him I had 3 sex partners before him (read other for reason why) But I came clean recently but he doesn't believe me due to the fact that I didn't bleed although I did feel a few pinches.

I am 18. I swam a lot as a kid on a team, I did soccer between the ages of 10-13. (may be too young) But when I was 15-16 I got birthcontrol for my period. In order to get it I had to go to my first gyno appointment. We all know what happens in one, so I am wondering... did my doctor break my hymen while performing my pap smear or whatever? Is that possible? Could the sports have done anything or my age in general? Are some women "larger" than others?

Or is it normal for a girl to not bleed? Would my doctor write a note explaining that?

That's a lot of questions, but i'm just confused!

alot of girls dont bleed when they lose their virginity.. your gyno could have indeed broken your hymen...anything could have broke your hymen..such as sports like soccer or even a tampon...and even when its broken it doesnt necessarily mean you will bleed

Virginity is a touch controversial subject in recent times. on the only hand there are women who're embarrassed that they are nonetheless virgins, and favor to get rid of their virginity, and on the different hand there are nonetheless adult males who favor their different halves to be virgins and that's so significant to them. i'm not a guy, so i visit't answer the first question. yet what i imagine is that we would want to continually settle for ourselves (us women) as we are and we would want to continually be commonly utilized in turn by using the guy who loves as we are. Human can make mistakes... the previous will proceed to be the previous... that's little need to attempt digging the previous... little need feeling accountable or embarrassed... each and every thing has a beginning and the start does not inevitably propose invariably... to comprehend the custom of virginity and why it concerns, enable's take a seem at Sigmund Freud's clarification. Freud, on the start of "The Taboo of Virginity", states accurate the following: "The call for that a woman shall not convey to her marriage with a particular guy any reminiscence of sexual relations with yet another is, certainly, not something except a logical continuation of the right of unique possession of a woman, which kinds the essence of monogamy, the extension of this monopoly to conceal the previous." "Whoever is the first to fulfill a virgin's favor for love, lengthy and laboriously held in verify, and who in doing so overcomes the resistances that were outfitted up in her by skill of the impacts of her milieu and preparation, that is the guy she will have the ability to take into an enduring courting, the prospect of which will not in any respect back be open to the different guy." "This adventure creates a state of bondage interior the female which guarantees that possession of her shall proceed undisturbed and makes her able to resist new impressions and enticements from outside."

All virgins dont bleed thats not necceasarily true Lots of women have already had their hymens broken by various activities that may or not involve sexual activity other than intercourse (tampon use occassionally, riding horses, etc etc etc).

not all women bleed on their first contact. Tell your bf to do a research, better yet let him talk to a doctor
