is it fair for employees of these places to be out of work, because the government officials cannot come to an agreement on how to spend their money? plz explain.
is it fair for employess? does employee get support from the government?

no it is not fair but there is no budget so no money can be spent and the gaming board employees are not exempt from the shutdown. NJ wants to have a surplus of money and shuts down the thing that gives them 2 mill a day

Mis-managment in all it's glory. Of course it's not fair to the workers who depend on the wages from these establishments.
