It seems as though 2005 was one of the hardest years of my life; I lost some folks in my life that left me depressed; because of that, I withdrew from school, and now I couldn't get back in there unless I paid; and didnt work for most of that year; I also encountered Katrina, and I am sure there are some of you who had their own unique experiences; I want to hear from you.

Let's see, where shall I begin?
(Bad and Good) Aug. of last year my wife told me that my kids, who were visiting their Mom in Alabama (I lived in California then), can't come back home. Which resulted in me eventually following them there. I had to quit a great job and move to Alabama.
(Bad) It took me a long time before I could find a job resulting in me having bad credit now. I've never been without a job for 23 years.
(Good) I found a job doing what I am made for however, it's temporary. It ends in August.
(Good) I found a really great girl who loves me as I am and I do her as she is.
(Bad) My Father died. I felt his last four heart beats.
(Good) An unknown person sent me $80,000. I can start my business when I move to Washington State, I can pay off my van and I can finally buy that Harley.
A wild and crazy year for sure.

Both good and bad things have happened to me just so far this year. I got married, got pregnant the first time and had a miscarriage, am now pregnant again, 2 and 1/2 months, I found my biological mother and 3 of my 4 siblings after 21 years, and the closest person in my family to me, my grandmother, just passed away almost 2 weeks ago. This year has been a roller coaster ride for me. I am so sorry that you were a Katrina victim, I hope things get better for you soon.

My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and my dad passed away right before my junior year in highschool. Then I moved out of my house and made things really bad for my mom and twin sister. I had trouble getting through school. But I met the love of my life. Then I moved 1300 miles away from him to go to massage therapy school. Things with my mom and sister are a LOT better. It has been a crazy last year.

Wife & I Had twin boys In 2005 and that was great news....but the Formula bill and dipiar bill is outrageous....lol
