Also depends on the bat - but the weight of the bat depends on the arm power!
But arm power isn't everything. Look at Ganguly and Mark Waugh - their sixers were huge.

1=Inzi becoz he is huge n so powerful
2=Afridi becoz he is junooni
3=Symonds bocoz he got no mind at all
Dhoni isnt powerful but his is a wristy player he is a good timer of the ball hit sixes becoz of his good timing not becoz of his power
