MTV, PBS then CBS -MTV is the only one that doesn't go off the air or have infomercials. I have to admit, I do like Next. I don't like the music they play but fortunately they rarely play music :) Take care!

PBS. MTV just plain sucks, and CBS really does not have much that I care to watch - maybe the news, but lately I just get that off the net.

NBC for "Deal or no Deal", "The Apprentice" and "Medium"., ABC for "Invasion", "Lost" and "Grey's Anatomy"., MSNBC for "Asia Sqwank Box" and "Europe Sqwank Box" CNBC for "Asia News"? and sometimes Bloomberg News.
