Hi,
I have a question posted on here about menopause and I had some really helpful information from a retired trained nurse. Hope this helps and keep well.

I take a tablet from a company called Hearblife its called
Tang Kuei it will help with menstruation in younger people as well as the menopause covering all aspects from the emotional to the physical. Need to take for over a month or so to feel the difference as with all herbs

Drink plenty of milk because you are going to need the extra calcium to keep your bones healthy. I think you can buy milk that has extra calcium in it. I've also seen bottled water with calcium added. St Johns wort is supposed to help in other ways too. Try asking at the health food store, they always have loads of useful advice.

See a pharmacist and tell her/ him about the cancer. I'm premenopausal and have bear like traits! Like I could just growl a lot and eat my weight twice a day! LOL

It's hard because your mind tells you stuff that's not nice and this society doesn't take kindly to aging ladies. You are beautiful and believe in yourself.

Evening Primrose Oil is one of the ones you can take it is a natural alternative. I got it from the GP but you can buy it at health food shops.
