I'm systems admin. Users cannot install programs on their PC's without admin rights. How come Google Earth can be installed even with no admin rights? How can I prevent this? It's eating up bandwidth.

Per Google Earth...

Can I install Google Pack if I don't have administrative rights on my computer?

At this time, you need to be an administrator to install Google Pack. Also, Google Pack will not currently install using the "Run As" command.

Seems you may have to check into your rights assignments. In the meantime....can you block the Google Earth server at the network or firewall level?
