Move on with your life.
People unfortunatly lie all the time to some degree, some big and some small. If you can forgive then forget, it is better for you than trying to dream of vengence.
Life is just too short for all that

if the lie really hurt some one then its a big thing to get over, if it was just a silly prank forget it and move on. Everyone lies.

Depends on the lie: did you get invited to a costume party and you were the only one in costume or did someone ask you to marry them and you planned the wedding and they were already married?

If it is a lie that hurt you then i think tat you should talk to the person about it or not be friends with them anymore.
