yes u can on PS2. get action replay or codebreaker that is about it but if u have the 2nd edition u can`t. the version they released before the game got rated AO or during it was AO u can play hot coffee.

Yes, has to be PC.
It's lame, don't waste your time. You can probably find it on youtube or something if you really want to see it, but really, it's crap. Hillary Clinton just blew it out of proportion.
