What about in the earlobe? With everyone piercing everything else these days a small piercing in the earlobe would be noticeable and pretty.

Slightly noticable... the peircing could be anywhere. Just keep the ring small. The smaller the jewelery the less people notice.
Look for jewelery that is very low key. matte finishes to the metal instead of shiny.... colored finishes that blend. And interchangable balls I have a clear pink ball on top of my tounge ring and a vibrant multicolored one underneath.
If you peirce your eyebrow I would suggest a straight barbell ( not a banana bell {curved} ) I leave the rings in for the healing once its healed I go to barbells, they seem more low key as only a ball shows and not the entire ring.
The nose would be a good place to start. For my nose ring I cut to size a silver straight sewing pin. Very small but still there. A small gemstone would be nice too.
Your tounge is alright but after the healing process you really have to learn to talk, eat , kiss... all over again. 7 years later and Im STILL having to really announciate my words because I trip over my tounge ring and babble. Get plastic balls.. it will be a little easier on your teeth.
The nipples are a fairly private area although you could still see them under a shirt.. a slightly padded bra usually looks after that.
You mentioned no bellybuttons.. I dont blame you there .. I found them to be quite an annoying thing for me.
Genitals.... you are braver than I.
You might even be able to pull off a labret ( lower lip peircing) with a small possibly flesh/ pink colored ball.
14 gauge is usually the standard size look for a 16-18 gauge peice of jewellery its smaller and the smaller it is the less it will be noticed.

Slightly noticeable? Pierced ears with hair that isn't short. Pierced crotch region only slightly noticeable, as in only certain person or people would see. Nipples, only slightly noticeable through a shirt? Tongue, only noticeable if they look in your mouth...?

your left nipple, cus if your Peirce the right , you be a called a lesbian - only lesbians Peirce there right nipple... AND THAT'S JUST NOT RIGHT- unless you want to be bisexual and just Pierce both , that's what my grandma did, she goes both ways, it's actually nasty that she does that but my grandpa doesn't mind. My Uncle Jimmy Pierced his butt cheeks together (it's kinda tight) HE HE!

nose use a small diamond stud and you will hardly notice unless someone is right in your face and if you want it more discreet than that do your nipples not a personal choice of my own
