i was just curious because i want my waist to be smaller and i was wondering how can you do that

you would need to loose weight to have a smaller waist....try a raw food diet cutting out all dairy...meat....and just eat fresh un cooked veggies and fruit and loads of water...
dont wear a corset google corest body deformations....it was one of the number 1 killers in the victioran era the side effects of corsets...

Best of all, procrastination; If you really want it, exercise, go to the gym, eat often but small portions, and you will lose inches...and not too much fries and burger sandwiches.

I don't think so. If you are already at your right size and thin I think you are stuck with what you have, which is why some skinny women are coke bottles and some are rectangles.

well u can go for dieting for a week & see the change.

doing physical work & some exeresize like crunches etc. will help u.
