Not Hillary, not Condoleeza, not Jeb, not Giuliani!

Democrats:
I think that Sen. Russ Feingold (Wisconsin) should run for office. He should select Sen. Barack Obama (Illinois) as his running mate.

Republicans:

I think that Sen. John McCain (Arizona) should run for the Republican ticket with Elizabeth "Libby" Dole (North Carolina) as his running mate.

I think my above listed choices would change things for the better and offer great options for the future of this nation.

As long as the American people are deceived into believing that there are any real or substantial differences between the Republicans and the Democrats, then it really doesn't matter who should be President because we will only get the president for whom we've been manipulated to vote. Democracy will only be revitalized in the US when the two-party system is replaced with a multi-party system that allows for all parties to receive the percentage of representation due them through election. At the very least, voters should have the option of voting for a candidate OR to vote NO CONFIDENCE. If the NO CONFIDENCE choice receives the most votes, then each party must withdraw its candidate and begin the election process over with new candidates. This way we might have better candidates to choose from rather than having to select which mediocrity is less nauseating than the other.

Someone with a set of balls to admit when they are wrong, a person who doesn't blame others for their mistakes, someone who knows when enough is enough and won't risk any more casualties in wartime. Someone who knows what's it like to be the lowest man on the totem pole and how it feels to get screwed by the government. Someone who knows how to play hard ball and not be afraid to get their hands dirty. The next President shouldn't have a cocky attitude towards anyone. We need a TRUE leader... we need Retired General Norman Schwatzkoff!!!!

Someone who has the ability to convince people in America that he or she is a public servant and not a King. The kind of person who wants the job to better America and not for the prospect of acquiring political power. And definitely not a mutlitbillionair elitist. Just an everyday smart, caring, honest American. The kind living next door.

Barack Obama could be a good choice. We need a compassionate leader that puts human beings and quality of life for all first. Corporate profit and lining the pockets of friends last.
