One where it truly is a government of the people by the people and for the people.. a government where the people vote for on almost all issues. such as all citizens vote whether or not their politicians should get a raise...
Also a government that does not get involved in foreign affairs and focus on domestic issues first..
A government where if a politician is not doing his/her job and or is corrupt the citizen are allowed to vote that politician out of office..
Not silly positions in any government level such as assistant to the assistant to the assistant director..
Stop government wasting money on silly programs...

Capitalism with a few social programs.
People in need would turn to family first, friends second, church third, and the government fourth.
No monopolies. No anti-trusts. Companies that are in true competition with each other.
The government would be very small and sleek. States would rule independantly.
Judicial review would go away and the supreme court wouldn't yield the untimate trump card.
People would love god and love each other.

A democracy that didn't give mere lip service to its ideals...So, in other words I feel that democracy is the ideal system...now we just need people who know how to practice it...

Simple... I think England has it.... A queen or king, or both, and
a simple e administrative group under.....
This makes 2 point of views to balance any power trip unique
individuals or anything that could lead to a Hitler similar or a Bush similar....
