As long as youre not a sub contractor absolutley not. They cant cut your wages even if you werent injured. If anything you can get workmans comp or even quit on the grounds of the paycut and get unemployment.

Well I don't see why not, the company I worked for fired me, and I broke a bone in my back. So if you're still working feel lucky you're still among the employed.

They can if the person was injured doing something that they weren't supposed to do/not how they were shown (like cutting corners).

Yes, they do not have to keep a position open for you, but they do have to have a job for you when you return. The salery would be in line with the position they put you in.
