Good question, it's true a lot of boatyards customizing in racing can REPLACE a pipe berth if needed but I've never heard of anyone retrofitting a boat for racing and installing them. I'm sure it happens though and if a local boatyard can't help then try these guys.

In some cases the boat-yards just build their own pipe-berths. Obviously you just need pipe and canvas, which are two things any boat-yard has.
