Pretty much everything that we have 2 of, there is one bigger than the other... thats just the way it is.
Think about it... your hands, feet, boobs, ears...

There was talk on the radio of all places a while back about this subject. The breast on the side that you use most (right handed or left handed) will appear larger because you have built up the muscle under it by using that favorite side 100 times more than the other side. If you are more active and such you will notice it much more. The younger or less muscle build up all together the less noticable. Who is to say what "NORMAL" is in anything. My .02 cents worth here-

Nope, I've always had a matching pair. But you're right about it being VERY COMMON for one to be larger than the other. Why is that? No one's face or body is perfectly bilaterally symmetrical. If you want to see something weird, then place a mirror at the mid-point of a front-on photograph of your face, and you'll see just how much your face is (probably) different on each side.

Thats quite natural, the body growth even though its appears to be proportiaonal is not entirely proportion. The difference is there and it might not be easily noticible.
There are various other things which could be a reason for the difference in size. One of them cud be an ill-fit bra, hormonal variance, disease and such like.
But this is also true that is almost proportional, not entirely proportional, so variance in the size of the breast is also not a strange thing actually.
The link below might answer better:

I don't know it is weird. Guys can never tell when they are looking because they are so turned on by seeing boobs. A guy has two balls, so is one smaller than the other or are they equal size.

it is true but if u look at everything nothing is perfect nothing is equal nothing is the same. i was looking at my toes and one toe is almost equal to my other one but i don't like it that way it should be longer than the other one. but nothing can be perfect. and my left boob is smaller than my right so my right one pops out just a little bit more. but hell thats life.

The body is not symmetrical. Every part is slightly bigger than the other side. It's just more noticeable with feet, eyes and breasts.

I think it has to do with puberty and growth hormones and such. I've heard they even out though. I used to brag about how mine were the same size and then I woke up one morning and they weren't.

because human body is not symmetrical.
if u notice, one foot is longer than the other (might not be so obvious, but usually they're rarely of the same length), and so on.
